1. No Return Policy
At Kiozy+, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered.
Because our air purifiers are electronic appliances and hygiene-related products, we are unable to restock or resell returned units. For this reason, we encourage customers to review product specifications, features, and compatibility before completing their purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products (On Arrival)
If your Kiozy+ Air Purifier arrives physically damaged or defective:
- You must notify our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once reviewed and verified, we will provide assistance in accordance with our warranty terms.
Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may result in the request being declined.
3. Warranty Policy
All Kiozy+ air purifiers are covered under a limited warranty for manufacturing defects during the stated warranty period.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Internal electrical or mechanical faults under normal usage conditions
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by mishandling
- Damage due to improper installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Consumable parts such as filters (unless defective upon arrival)
If you experience an issue during the warranty period, please contact our customer care team with:
- Proof of purchase
- Order number

- Photos or videos showing the defect

4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
