Kiozy+ products are shipped directly from our facility in Rajkot, Gujarat. We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to provide further assistance or cancel the order with a refund if applicable.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time through the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
In case of incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, Kiozy+ will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Kiozy+ is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other external factors beyond our control.
